see in round 1 almost 90% seats fill be filled and the college which you mentioned is top college of andhra pradesh so the seats will be filled soon but you can try your luck but  as per your information its really hard to get admission in your mentioned college for that you need to score below 3000 rank as per previous years cutoff rank range and for more information go to below links
