I do not think you would get a seat in veterinary with 20k rank.
According to previous year categories the cutoffs were around 5k.Still you can check their official site for the 2020 cutoffs. The cutoffs has not been released yet so try to keep an eye on the website. I would also suggest to look for some private colleges as well. You can use this link to predict colleges -
