Hey there, If your percentile is 21 Percentile then your percentile is quite low and it's very difficult to get any Government Funding Technical Institute(GFTI) at this rank.

I will recommend you to check All The Colleges, That is available for You on basis of your rankings and Reservation, Then You can also check that at Our JEE MAINS COLLEGE Predictor. That will be very helpful for You. And Then You can easily compare good colleges and choose which one will be best for you.
