i got 21190 rank in Telangana emcet and i am female and caste oc i have obc certificate which collage i get for csc in hyderabad

Computer science engineering is a very popular branch which all the topper or good students try to get into
With your rank of 21190 and being general category even though you have obc certificate it is quite difficult to get into computer science branch in Telangana
But you can get into other branches in popular colleges like metallurgy, mining, production engineering etc..,
You can also try for management seats in private colleges.
