Based in your rank you can get certain government Colleges also. As you have mentioned your general rank so I cannot  make sure that what actually you can get. These are the government Colleges where you can apply:

1. Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur

2. Lucknow University

.3 Bundelkhand University Jhansi

4. Rajkiya Engineering College Sohnbhadra

You can also apply to private Colleges. These are the private Colleges where you can get chance.

1. IIMT Engineering College

2. ITS Engineering College Greater Noida

3. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad

4. Inderprastha engineering college Ghaziabad

5. Amity University Noida

6. Sharda University Greater Noida

These are the private Colleges where you can get admission. It also depends on the cutoff list. The cutoff list depends on the number of students appeared in the exam and the level of paper whether it is easy,  moderate or difficult. So go through it properly. You can come to know about these Colleges by visiting their respective websites.
