I got 216 marks in upsee paper 2 2019,can I get college of pharmacy if i am obc girl

It depends to which college you are applying for admissions. Yes sure you can get college of pharmacy in your city or state with your marks as you belong to OBC category plus seats are reserved for girls. Hope for Better.

You have scored less marks in the UPSEE examination. According to previous years cutoffs it will be difficult for you to get a good government college. You can get a low tier private college with this marks.
I would suggest you to drop this year and study hard for next year's examination or look for other options
