i got 216 marks out of 380 in du jat exam and 73%in boards, can i expect any lower college in DU??. i am from unreserved category.

It is quite difficult for you to get a college under DU through DUJAT since there is weightage of 65% DUJAT score and 35% best 4 marks, you might check your rank which is the final list you can check here:
http://www.du.ac.in/adm2019/undergraduate.html.
If your rank comes out to be less than 1500 there are chances that you can get a college.
