i got 21964 rank in ap eamcet 2020 and iam belongs to sc category can i get free seat in bsc horticulture or bsc agriculture

You have scored a very high rank in AP EAMCET. At such a high rank, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the government institutes for horticulture or agriculture course. The government institutes providing these courses offer admission to students with a much better rank than yours. The number of seats for these courses are also extremely limited. The number of courses are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. There are only like 500 seats in the government institutes for the agriculture course and for Horticulture, the number of seats are even less.
