Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat for mechanical engineering in NMAM Institute Of Technology with this rank, if you belong to GM category. If you belong to categories like category-1 and SC or ST, you have a chance to get mechanical engineering in NMAMIT. NMAMIT is considered as one of the top Institute in Karnataka with good placement records and a beautiful campus. If you get a seat in any of the branches in NMAMIT, it will be considered good itself. I hope you got my point after reading this answer.
