Hello Aspirant! According to your rank, getting any colleges under the JOSAA or CSAB counselling would be quite difficult. If your home state is Haryana or Mizoram you may get NIT Kurukshetra or Mizoram. Getting any other college wouldn't be possible. You may try in JAC Chandigarh counselling, you may get lower branches in those colleges. You may get lower branches in some GFTI's like Assam University, Tezpur University but chances are moderate to low.

See on such SC rank you have very less or almost no chances to get any of the NITs or GFTIs or IIITs because the closing SC ranks were around 11-13K
