Hello Student
You have got 220 marks in NEET exam that is very poor marks at all. You will get management quota seat  for MBBS courses in Karnataka mainly in the city of Bangalore. There are many private colleges who takes MBBS students in Lew.of high amount of money and with a contract of payment for total fees for five and half years course. As you have got such very poor and with this marks no government colleges are available for MBBS or BDS or Ayush courses.
Hope this help.

Hello

In my opinion, you should choose Drop and also choose BDS after receiving a score of 220 in the NEET UG. Since you fall under the general category, your chances of being admitted to the BDS programme are slim. Take the drop, work hard to prepare, and pass the NEET UG test with flying colours.

Thanks
