i got 22000 ews rank . can i get in any iiit or nit

As you have mentioned that you have secured 22k rank in ews so let me tell you that there is no chance to get any iiit or nit in this rank because the cut offs are way higher.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
