I got 22000 rank veterinary Science I belong to minority 3b, rural student and I am claiming for Hk quota will i get veterinaryg govt seat?

if talking about BVSc, as per neet and according to previous year, The last rank from unreserved category to get admission in B.V.Sc. course was AIR 12,207 with marks equivalent to 545 (out of 720).
