I got 22000in kcet I have rural certificate and I am ST and HK region so will I get veterinary collage?

With the rank you have mentioned it is a bit difficult to get a veterinary seat. The window of ranking getting seats through KCET for ST reservation students would be within 12k. I would suggest you to broaden your options and keep them open.
