Hey !
The minimum qualifying score for NEET UG 2019 is 107 for ST students. And your marks are more than this , so clearly you qualify for the NEET exam and have the chances to get an MBBS seat. But , you do not have chances for private and government colleges , as the minimum score needed to get a seat there for an ST candidate is 250 and 500 respectively. You only have chances for deemed universities like bharti vidyapeeth , JSS medical college etc. But there is one more factor i.e. quota. If you are applying through state quota , you may have chances for private colleges as well. Under all india quota , you only have chances for deemed universities.
Well don't lose hope because cutoffs fluctuate every year and you may also have chances for private colleges under AIQ(though chances are very less). I could have told you the names of private colleges where you can get a seat , if i knew your quota.

If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.
Browse the link given below to check the college you can get on the basis of your marks-

This is just a prediction based on previous year records. The result may vary this year.
