It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff of a college as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates .

Based on 2020s cutoff of JNTUH for BC-D ranks, it is a little hard to get this college. The closing rank for Metallurgical Engineering is 21989 for both boys and girls. And other department ranks are way less. But the cutoff varies every year and therefore you have a slight chance if the cutoff goes a little up this year, your rank is very close to the closing rank.

But apply for other colleges as well, in case things go south.
