I got 22985 obc rank in jee mains April 2019 and I am from Bihar plzz reply which possible nit,iiit,gfti can I get plzz name such institute

If your OBC rank is 22985, then you will not get NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. These institutes are government aided, and hence everybody wants to study there, hence making the cut-off very high. Even considering your reservation status, your rank is above 20,000, so I'm sorry it's very unlikely. But you may still apply through JoSAA, and make a preference list. If the cutoffs reduce, you might get one of the colleges that you want. Or there are other good private colleges that consider JEE MAINS SCORE, so you may even apply and take admission in those. All the best.
