i got 23 percentile, is it good or bad

Hello aspirant,
Accordingly, 23 percentile is not a good score to get so ultimately it comes under bad category,
let me explain with the help of example, Test Score: This may be the most common place where percentile is used in daily life. If your test score is in the 46th percentile , it means that you scored better than 46 percent of all the test takers. It also means that 54 percent scored the same or better than you.
