I got 230 crl rank in wbjee 2019.can i get JU. Considering that the 90%of seat is reserved by WB candidates.I am from BIhar

But I looked seat matrix of JU ..there are total no. Of 61 seat in Ju for Outside wb ..so i am getting tired
