i got 230 in neet ug 2019 as a st candidate is there any probability to get govt seats in aiq or (state quota 85% in odisha)

As per your query I would like to tell you that you are scoring very less marks to get a seat in government medical college under all India quota whereas talking about possibility under state quota,you won't get a college here too as last year least marks to secure a seat was 281 marks from your category. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
