Assuming you are asking for jee , josaa counselling , According to your given percentile, With this rank you will be able to fetch a seat in many new and medium NIT'S in core and circuital branches and also in IIIT like gwalior and jabalpur . Also you might fetch CSE in your home state NIT too . You can also get low to medium branches in top NIT like trichy and warangal .

you didnt mention which exam is this rank for. please be clear with it.
if you asked for neet, then you have very low chances for mbbs seat in govt colleges.
if you asked for jee, then it is ok to get into lower level govt colleges. but there are only less chances.
