Generally, with that rank of 2308 in general category, i would say you have an outside chance. But with the introduction of the ews category, you can expect to get some benefit of that, as you may get through with that, but again, i ci can't say that with surity as you are on the edge and cut offs also change every year, you can hope for the best, till the official cut off is released by the university.
