This may be tough for u to know that there may be some chances to get in gov college as cut off vary every year due to the level of the exams and also the competition is becoming tougher day by day . Marks also vary state wise and depends to which state you belong to, so still dnt loose hopes.

The govt. college for you would not be possible with such low marks in NEET even through reservation. The govt. medical college needs 450 or above marks for the getting into it. So I would suggest you that you for the counselling rounds and get the private seat for MBBS if you want. Govt. seat is not possible for you.
