Yes you can get the private college but these are the paid seats and you may have to compromise with the college quality.
No you have almost zero chances of getting the govt. college in any state with this marks. The admission in any govt. college requires 450+ marks if we consider the reseravation. You have very low marks that you have to go for the private colleges only or you can go for the other courses than medical and dental.
