I got 232 marks in uptu , my gen. Rank is 24500 and OBC rank is 7000 can I get any good govt. College? If yes then suggest me some college.

Since your rank is quite high in order to take a good seat in government and may be not able to get a good government college but will land up in good private college
Some good like Galgotias JSS but may not be able to get your desired course
