You have a decent rank. It would be better if you had mentioned about your category along with your rank.
Try filling up all the top colleges in order au,jntu kakinada,svu,jntu Ananthapur, pullareddy etc..
It is because cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors so fill the colleges in application based on your preference irrespective of rank.
Specialization in cse has really a good future
Some good specializations are:
Data science
Cyber security and ethical hacking
Block chain technology etc
