You have very less chances to get a seat in NIE college that too in CSE Department. Usually seats in the CSE Department will get filled first in all good and top colleges.
The cut off for CSE Department in NIE for general is around 2.5k. Even for SC/ST category, it will end at nearly 20k. You might get a seat if you have some greater reservation quota's like Hyderabad-Karnataka quota, rural quota, Kannada medium quota and such other quotas.
But you can give a try, as you might get a seat if they keep 2nd round extended. This last round will be kept in the end, sometimes even after the college starts it's sessions. They keep this round because there will be some seats left empty in the end.
