Hello aspirant.

Here is the previous year cut-off for BCB category for government medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh-

1. Sri Venkateshwara medical college, Tirupati- 565

2. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical sciences, Kadapa- 528

3. Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool- 574

4. ACSR Government medical college, Nellore- 534

5. Government medical college, Anantapur- 539

With a rank of 235901, I assume your marks are around 355. Thus, you have no chance of getting a government medical college, even with a reservation.

You can use our college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/course-

hope it helps!
