It is highly unlikely that you will get admission in a government college for studying BAMS. Your performance in NEET is quite poor or rather dismal. Therefore, the rank that you have secured is extremely high and with such high rank, you can not get admission in a good college including all the government institutes that offer admission in BAMS.
In order to study Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, you needed to score atleast more than 370 marks in NEET to get admission in a government college for general category students.
As you did not mention any kind of reservation Category, I am assuming you belong to Unreserved or open category. Had you been to a reservation Category, you could have some chances of getting admission in a government college, although still your chances would have been very slim.
