You haven't mentioned the Category that you belong to or the State that you hold the domicile of. Neverthless, a score of 240 is less for a seat in any of the Ayush Colleges even if its a Private one. So if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
