It is difficult to predict about the cutoffs as it changes every year depending upon total number of candidates appearing , difficulty level of exam , highest marks ,etc. But keeping in mind of the previous year cutoffs your marks are too low to get admission in government college even in sc category. So apply for private colleges , you would definately get admission in them .
