i got 24000 rank obc, if I did not get seat in josaa last round. will able to get seat at CSAB special rounds? and after paying fee, we don't get seat . is money refundable.

Hlo dear student,
if you are not getting any seat in josaa yo can apply for the csab special round. if in the csab round you will not getting any seat your whole fees was refundable that you are submitted during applying in csab round.
