Based on the previous year cutoffs with a score of 241 it is impossible to get MBBS in government colleges under general category.
Every year the cutoffs will vary based on he difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats availabl etc.
You can check the cutoffs of all colleges using the link below to get an idea.
You will have state quota in your state of domicile where the cutoff will be less.
