I got 242 marks in BITSAT 2019. What courses can i get?

For 242, you might get into BITS-Pilani with the branches like Pharmacy.
However if you're lucky enough..you can get departments like Chemical Civil in BITS-Hyderabad or BITS-Goa. But chances are slender I should also tell you that.

Prediction of branch based upon marks obtained is a bit difficult now. See, there are several factors, first of all BITSAT is not over yet. The normalization of JEE Mains is a big factor and JEE Advanved is also not done yet. So we really can not predict your branch based on your score. But according to 2018, with a score of 242, you could have got a seat of B.Pharm. in BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus and BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. But again, there are several factors due to which saying something accurately is not possible now.
