NO! It is difficult. You should have a rank of below 2000 (SC Category) to get into IITs. So, it is very difficult for you to get into IITs.

According to this years's cutoff i don't think you will be able to make it through the cutoff list even with this rank . So, i would recommend you to search for the NITs. I believe you might make it through the cutoff of average NITs with no problem.
