I got 247 in NMAT (lang-97, LR-79, Quants-71). Will the sectional cutoff for nmims mumbai drop this year considering that they are just going to accept the first attempt score? ( my quant marks are low considering last year's sectional cutoff)

Dear aspirant,

As you have secured 247 marks in NMAT let me tell you that these marks are very good and you can get nmims seat quite effectively.

Regarding the cut off it depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper. But on a general basis if the paper would have been tough then hopefully the cut off may decrease but this is totally dependent on the above statements.
