Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were unable to get an mbbs seat. So, with this score you won't get any govt. College for mbbs under general category. However, you may get private college with high fees, otherwise try for bhms, which also seems getting difficult too. With a score of 249, your rank might be approximately between 345392-365681 . This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . Now regarding the Colleges that you may have a shot at 249 is a less score because in 2019, 411 was the cut off for General Category for Private Medical Colleges. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
