Hi aspirant,

Your rank is good enough to fetch you admission in decent NITs,IIITs, or GFTIs. Some of the colleges which you might get are:

  • NIT Patna
  • NIT Hamirpur
  • NIT Uttarakhand
  • NIT Andhra Pradesh
  • NIT Durgapur
  • NIT Calicut

Yes definitely you can get a lower category branch in high ranked NIT's but if you want to get  NIT with good branch then go for NIT'S like puducheri and all.
