Hello Simran, no, you don't have any chance of getting in any of the MBBS colleges in Bihar on the basis of your NEET marks even though you are from ST category because it's not enough to get you a seat. The 2018 cutoff for ST colleges was in Patna dental college with 360 marks. you don't have a chance of getting any college in Bihar.
