With a score of 250, you have a very few options to choose from, in private medical colleges. However, I am mentioning their names as well as their previous year's cut off score-
FH Medical College, Agra- 234
Integral Medical College, Lucknow- 250
Careers Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow- 251
As you can see, you have very low chances of getting into a government or even private colleges as cut off changes every year based on number of students attempting the paper, category of the student and difficulty level of the exam. A safe score for private colleges is 350-400 for your category.
And at your score, you can get only deemed medical colleges.

The marks you have mentioned above is too low for an MBBS seat. Even if you belong to general category you need minimum of 40-45th percentile to qualify for an MBBS seat. It can be really difficult for you to get an admission in government or private colleges. However you can still try in Private colleges through Management Quota. There might be few chances your admission through management quota. You can apply in colleges of Karnataka since they have many medical colleges who has management quota and you might get admission in there. You can also try to get admission in BPT or BHMS or BAMS
