Last year the cutoff was 300+ closing for all the GMERS under the sc category with state quota benefit. And you have much less marks than that. As the cutoff changes every year depends on the different variable factors, you can hope for the best.

Yes you can get admission, but you must apply for state quota counseling along with all india couselling.
you have to check the merit list of your state and accordingly, you can apply to the college of your choice.
