To get free a candidate must secure rank below 10,000 irrespective of your category. So yes, you will get free seat through TS EAMCET but only tuition fee will be reimbursed fully. Hostel fee, mess fee, uniform fee, books fee, miscellaneous fee, transport fee etc will not be reimbursed. You may to bear those expenses.
