I got 2500 rank in keam.Will I get admission in tkm for EC branch?

Based on the previous years trends of Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical(KEAM) exam, the closing rank for Btech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering for TKM college of engineering is around 3000-3500.
So, considering your rank as 2500, you have a very good chance of admission.
Commissioner Of Entrance Examinations(CEE), Kerala will be conducting the online counselling of KEAM 2019 from the fourth week of June.

Yes you have decent chances of getting admission in TKM College of Engineering.
The cut-off for this year has not been released yet but if we consider the previous year's cut-off (which is a factor in deciding the 2019 cut-off) then you will be able to get admission in the 2nd round of cut-off with this rank in the EC branch.
The cut-off KEAM ranks for 2018 for EC branch were as follows-
- Round 1- 1447
- Round 2- 3285
- Round 3- 3683
Based on 2018 cut-off, the approximate cut-off will be similar to this in 2019 so you might not get admission in the round-1 but since there is a drop in the cut-off rank, you can get in by round-2.
