Dear Student,
as per the cutoff of the previous year these are few of the colleges for which you can get CSE branch. However please do keep in mind that the cutoff changes every year,
- AAR Mahaveer Engineering College, Hyderabad
- Malla Reddy College of Engineering, Secunderabad
- Nalla Malla Reddy College of Engineering, Hyderabad
- Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad

You didn't mention if you are talking about AP EAMCET or TS EAMCET....but I am mentioning probable colleges for both exams...
You also didn't mention your category..so I considered you are from the open category.
You have good chances to get CSE in the below colleges for a rank of 25000 in AP EAMCET:-
Dr BR Ambedkar University, Srikakulam (last year state cut off rank for B.tech CSE was 28,861)
Krishna University, Machilipatnam (last year state cut off rank for B.tech CSE was 38,708)
You have good chances to get the below colleges under TS EAMCET with a rank of 25000:-
KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, Moinabad (last year state cutoff rank was 25909)
Sphoorthy Engineering College, Hyderabad (last year TS EAMCET rank was 26066)
Sree Dattha Institute of Engineering and Sciences, Ibrahimpatnam (last year TS EAMCET cutoff rank was 26642)
