I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into BDS government medical with such low marks unless you arr in reserved category live SC or ST.The cut off for AIQ BDS goes around 470-480 marks and state quota is atleast 400 marks.

You have chances to get into private medical college MBBS OR BDS but through your state quota as AIQ cut off goes high.Also you can have a chance into BAMS or BHMS.
