I got 25148 rank in keam 2019 and I am in OBC category.shall I get any engineering colleges in Trivandrum.

You can get CET which is one of the best college with this rank and your category but it highly depends on your branch selection.
According to the previous year cut-off branches like mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering offers the seat under 30k to 40k rank.
Hang on tight as during the counselling rounds your luck can give you the branch of your choice.
Other than CET there are also some good colleges in Trivandrum which can full fill your needs.
