To be honest, your rank is not good so it's really tough for you to get a seat. You might get a seat in 7th round or in special round. You can try for the following NITs:

1)NIT Srinagar

2)NIT Andhra pradesh

3)NIT pondicherry

4)NIT manipur

5)NIT Agartala

P.S.: I would suggest you to attend all the rounds. The counseling process can be really unpredictable at times.

As you know to get a seat in NITs one must have cleared the JEE Main cutoff as per their category in order to get admission. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Mains cutoff category wise -

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

Now as per your rank in JEE Mains under OBC-NCL category, you might be able to get a seat in NITs but in which branch that is hard to tell. Cutoff for branches differ from one another and also differs from one NIT to another. Better you should attend the counselling proccesss and see in which NITs and what branch do you get. You may not get seat in the first few rounds but can expect to get at the later ones.

Sorry to inform you but you can't be able to get admission in any NITs, IIITs, and government engineering Colleges with this rank in JEE mains in OBC category. Your rank is bit lower regarding a nit or Government engineering College,  So you should opt any good private college for studies.
