i got 256 marks & 21563 rank (general) in uptu can i get cs branch in uptu college

Hey.
For admission under UPTU in 2017 for the CS course was the opening rank was 306 and the closing rank was 127585 and in 2016 the Opening rank was 23 and the closing rank was 34965. Considering your rank, you seem to have a fair chance.
