I got 25711 rank from outside Delhi so which college eligilble for me

Since there is high reservation for Delhi students in this university, it becomes difficult for the outsiders to get a seat in here. With that rank of yours it will be very challenging to get a seat in the top colleges of IPU. I think that you can always try for private colleges and universities as they provide quality education too.
