If your EWS rank is 25789 then you will not get admission in any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs through the JOSAA counselling. However, if this was your crl all india rank then you would have had many colleges and many oppurtunities for admission.

Hence, if you are confused then let me tell you very clearly! Do not fill up the JOSAA form as it will be a futile effort and only waste your time.

This is the first time the ews category has ever been implented so no one really has a clarity about this. So I suggest you to participate in the counselling fill out your options, when the results of the first round comes out you will have a vague idea about and you can go from there.
